We had a variety of issues crop up with our home over time, from small nuisances to larger plumbing problems. He came in and was meticulous about fixing all the items on our "punchlist". We had some rotting wood exterior siding repaired near a threshold; kitchen and bathroom fans replaced; undercabinet lighting that was malfunctioning fixed; and, plumbing issues that were causing recurring ceiling leaks identified and resolved. Freddy does top notch work and was a pleasure to work with -- very attentive, conscientious and professional. Highly recommend him. We appreciate the work done at our house and his responsiveness.
